I have been taking ester C with bioflavonoids more than 20 years. I used to get them from the US, American health brand but whenever I ran out it, I couldn’t take them until it arrives from the US. That’s how I found out how important to keep taking this supplement. I have sensitive stomach so vitamin C needs to be form of Ester C not hurt my stomach lining and bioflavonoids works like natural antibiotics I need it as I have eczema and whenever I eat wrong food, I keep scratching myself. When I ran out of American Health ester C with bioflavonoids, I bought this to try out. No difference whatsoever! Why I have been paying more and more inconveniently! Health post is the best deal to get this product and when I ordered it it arrived next morning! I am so so so grateful as I just ran out and I needed it that morning! Thank you, Healthpost! These worked a treat. I’d say it took my body a few nights to adjust but sleep with these a great.
Sometimes you can feel quite awake if you take them too late, so an hour before bed is great.
And as a mom of two under four years, for the first time in a while I also was feeling really happy. Sounds sad to say but it’s true. When life is go, go, go and your live for the demands of children days and nights are exhausting.
